REVIEW:
Keeping in mind that this album came out in 1971 and it was their first effort it's pretty darn good. It's a bit uneven at times with some rough edges but you can hear the potential in the grooves for the music that came along further on down the road. Jimmy Hall has one of the best voices in rock and roll and he's still singing up a storm to this day. He's also a helluva harp and sax player too.
